We recommend measuring your feet in the evening when they're at their largest. Use our printable size guide (available on our Size Guide page) to measure both length and width. Indian sizes typically run slightly smaller than European sizes, so please refer to our conversion chart. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for our leather shoes as they will mold to your feet over time.

StepCraft shoes combine traditional Indian shoemaking techniques with modern ergonomic design. Each pair is handcrafted by skilled artisans using time-honored methods that have been passed down through generations. We use only premium, ethically sourced materials and implement 150+ quality checks throughout production. Unlike mass-produced footwear, our shoes are designed to mold to your feet over time, becoming more comfortable with each wear.

For optimal care: 1) Use a soft brush to remove dirt after each wear. 2) Apply our specially formulated leather conditioner every 2-3 months. 3) Store with cedar shoe trees to maintain shape. 4) Avoid direct heat sources when drying. 5) Rotate between pairs to allow proper drying. For specific stains, we provide detailed care instructions with each purchase. Properly maintained, our leather shoes can last 5-7 years with regular wear.

Currently, we ship throughout India with free delivery to all major cities in Gujarat. For international orders, we offer limited shipping to select countries with additional customs charges applied at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-10 business days within India, 15-20 days internationally). Please contact our customer service team before placing international orders for exact shipping costs and delivery estimates.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, undamaged shoes in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on clearly worn items. For exchanges, we provide free return shipping within Gujarat and discounted rates for other Indian states. Custom-made or monogrammed items cannot be returned unless defective. Returns typically process within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Custom orders require 3-4 weeks for production plus shipping time. The process involves: 1) Initial consultation (2-3 days), 2) Material selection (1 week for special orders), 3) Handcrafting by our master shoemakers (2 weeks), 4) Quality control and finishing (3-4 days).
